Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and propose design improvements
- Prepare concept designs, 3D models, and realistic renderings for project presentations
- Develop 3D walkthroughs and animation videos (mandatory requirement)
- Coordinate with environment and engineering teams for integrated design solutions
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and prepare progress reports
- Maintain quality control and construction standards across projects
- Ensure site safety compliance and proper documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Industrial Projects preferred
- Architectural Design & Planning
- 3D Visualization & Animation
- Construction Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Project Management & Coordination
- QA/QC & Site Supervision
- Enscape (SketchUp-based workflow preferred)
