Job Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction and infrastructure development works.
- Prepare project plans, BOQ, estimation, and work schedules.
- Monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review structural drawings, designs, and technical documents.
- Ensure project completion within timeline and budget.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support engineering activities related to sustainable and environmental infrastructure projects.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Candidates with additional certifications/training will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction/project management.
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, landfill, waste management, or environmental projects will be considered an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software.
- Good understanding of construction materials, RCC works, and site management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.
